Reconnect your electricity after running out of smart PAYG credit – using your in-home display

Do you have a Chameleon 3 or Geo Trio II in-home display?
Get specific instructions about how to get reconnected for your type of in-home display.

Your electricity meter will get disconnected if your balance has dropped to £0. So the first thing you need to do is top back up with credit.

Once you've done that, you're ready to turn your electricity back on through your in-home display. You'll find instructions in your in-home display's user manual.

But generally, you'll want to go into the menu on your display's home screen. Then scroll through your options to look for something like 'Enable supply' or 'Activate supply'.
