My supplier needs a final meter reading for the switch

When you switch to us, we need to agree to the same meter reading with your old supplier. This is so we can bill you correctly in the future and they can send you your final bill.

It might be that you haven't provided us with your opening meter reading yet – we'll let you know when we need this.

Once we have your opening meter reading, we'll send it to your old supplier and so they can sort your final bill. Don't worry – you don't need to contact them, we'll do this for you.
