I've topped up my smart PAYG meter after using emergency credit, but my energy hasn't come back on – what can I do?

When you top up after using emergency credit, please add enough credit to cover:

  • Any emergency credit you've used
  • Any daily standing charges and debt repayments you've missed
  • Your ongoing energy use

Your energy won't come back on if you don't top up with enough credit.
