I've been sent a letter about exchanging my gas meter – what do I do?

If your letter isn't from your energy supplier (e.g. EDF), it's probably come from the meter owner.

They'll get in touch if you have an old meter that has reached it's 'best-before' date. They'll arrange a time to come out to replace your old meter with a new one.

There should be a sticker on your meter that confirms the name of the meter owner.
