Moving out with EDF is easy. Go to ‘Moving Home’ in MyAccount up to 14 days before your move, or up to 90 days after it – and follow the steps provided.
You'll need to know your moving out date and a forwarding address for your final bill. Depending on when you tell us, we may ask for your final meter readings too.
We’ve also made it easy to choose an energy deal for your new home at the same time – you might even be able to keep your current tariff.
