How to set up MyAccount to manage your account online
We can give you the answer for your type of account, once we know what your account number starts with. You can find your account number in MyAccount, and on your EDF bills, emails and letters.
My account number starts with '67'
MyAccount lets you manage your energy account online and on the app at any time. It lets you view your bills, make payments, send meter readings, see your energy use, and more.
It's super quick and easy to set up.
- Go to MyAccount
- Enter your email address and click 'Login'
- Choose 'Set up for home' at the bottom of the page
We'll then help you set a password so you can start managing your energy in MyAccount.
