How to get a new energy deal after you've moved if you were an EDF customer

If you've moved already, you can still get a new energy deal with us. All you need to do is visit 'Moving home' in MyAccount to get a new quote. You can do this up to 90 days after you moved in.

If you didn't set up MyAccount before you moved, don't worry. Go to MyAccount and make sure to give details for your new address – not your previous home – when requested.
