Your final bill will take care of itself – as long as you don't cancel your Direct Debit.
How it works:
You'll need to remember to make a payment within 14 days of getting your final bill. If your account is in credit, we'll send your refund by cheque within seven working days of your final bill.
Please get in touch as soon as you get your final bill, and we'll work out the best way for you to pay.
