Getting an in-home display

You can get a free in-home display when your meter is installed. How you get it depends on whether your new smart meter gets connected to the network on the day it's installed, or after:

  1. Connected on the day: your installer will leave you with an in-home display.
     
  2. Connected after: we'll get in touch to let you know how to order your in-home display, as soon as you meter is connected – usually within three weeks of your installation.

If you have an old in-home display that's stopped working, please get in touch and let us know what the problem is.
