Get a new tariff when your new home is supplied by EDF – and you're on our deemed tariff

Welcome to your new home! We know it's a busy time when you first move, so we'll do our best to make things easy for you.

If we supplied energy to the previous occupier, you'll be on a 'deemed tariff' with us until you agree a contract with us or someone else.

On a deemed tariff, you pay our standard variable rates. And you stay on this tariff until you take out a new energy plan – either with us or another supplier.

You can get a quote for your new home in a few simple steps. Just give us your move-in date, tell us about your new home, and choose your new tariff.

Just go to Moving Home in MyAccount to get your quote. If you need to set up MyAccount, you can do this – just give your old EDF account number and old address when asked.
