Does HeatSmart collect my data and is it shared with 3rd parties?

HeatSmart® is purchased from HomeServe Connect, who shares data about where the product is installed with EDF so we know which of our customers has had HeatSmart® installed. We do not share our customer data with any other third party. The data generated by using the smart thermostat can be seen by Netatmo and EDF . The Netatmo devices and applications connect to Netatmo servers using recognised authentication and encryption standards. This ensures security and reliability.
