Direct Debit: how to set it up

It's simple to set up Direct Debit online: all you need is your bank account details. There are a few different ways to set it up:

  • You can choose to pay by Direct Debit when you when you first switch to EDF
     
  • You can choose to pay by Direct Debit any time you change tariff in MyAccount
     
  • You can go to 'Payment method change' in MyAccount at any time to change the way you pay
