Card, Cash or Cheque: how to make a payment

When your bill arrives, you can pay it in a number of ways:
 

Pay by card

• Make a payment in MyAccount: it's the easiest way to pay
   
• Call our automated phone line on 0333 200 5108⁽¹⁾
   

Pay by bank transfer

• Pay with online banking: use sort code 40-05-30, account number 13845095 and your EDF Energy account number as your reference. Remember that payments can take up to three working days to reach us, so you might not see it on your statement straightaway
   

Pay by cash or cheque

• Go into your bank: you can pay by cash or cheque. If you're paying by cheque, make it out to EDF Energy Customers Ltd, and write your EDF Energy account number on the back.
   
• Go to the Post Office®: you can pay your bill by cash or cheque
