Card, Cash or Cheque: how it works
We can give you the answer for your type of account, once we know what your account number starts with. You can find your account number in MyAccount, and on your EDF bills, emails and letters.
My account number starts with '67'
With Card, Cash or Cheque (Monthly), we send you a bill every month and you have 14 days to pay it – either by card, cash or cheque.
You can also set up a standing order through your bank, if you'd prefer to pay this way.
My account number starts with 'A'
