Can I use MyAccount after I leave EDF?

We can give you the answer for your type of account, once we know what your account number starts with. You can find your account number in MyAccount, and on your EDF bills, emails and letters.

My account number starts with '67'

Do you need to get into your old EDF account for something, like finding an old bill, or telling us you've moved out?

You can log in to MyAccount in the normal way up to 14 months after you've left EDF.

You can also set up MyAccount for the first time up to 14 months after you've left us – just give your old EDF account number and account holder name (you'll find both of these on an old bill, or an old email or letter from us).
