Why doesn't my Energy Hub get updated anymore?

Have you left EDF?

We don't get any readings from your smart meter after you leave us, so we can't update your Energy Hub.

Have you moved home?

You'll need to create a new energy profile for your new home: go into MyAccount for your new address, and then find 'Energy profile' in your Energy Hub.
