I don't think my meter is sending meter readings. What can I do?

Don't worry, this can happen sometimes. Smart meters occasionally lose connection. If you've any concerns about whether your smart meter is working properly, message us and if we can't help you out, we can arrange for an engineer to come out and check it. You can message us by going to the following:

1. Tap on 'Help' in the tab bar below 

2. Tap on 'Send us a message'

3. Select whether you want to message us by WhatsApp or SMS
