How do I check my balance?

There are several ways to check the balance on your Pay As You Go meter:

- View it in the app – go to ‘PAYG’ in the tab bar

- Log in to MyAccount – go to 'Meter balance' and choose whether you want to see your electricity or gas balance

- Look at your in-home display – the home screen gives you your current balance

- Look at the display on your Pay As You Go meter – it shows you your current balance
