How can I change the bank account details on my Direct Debit?

You can change your Direct Debit bank details by going to the following:

1. Tap on ‘Bills & Pay’ in the tab bar below

2. Tap on ‘My payment details’

3. Tap on ‘Change’ next to Bank details

4. Select option to ‘Message us on WhatsApp’ (if you have WhatsApp installed on your device) or ‘Call us’

Please allow 14 days for your new payment details to transfer.
