Take EDF Energy with you

Moving is already such a stressful and busy time, so we want to make it as easy and simple for you as we can. As EDF Energy operates nationwide, you could continue to enjoy our outstanding service wherever your company moves to.

If you have at least 5 months remaining on your existing contract we may be able to transfer it with you to your new premise. You'll need to discuss your meter type and location with one of our business advisers, who are available on 0800 404 7413.

Moving out
Once you know your moving date please call our dedicated Business Advisers free on 0800 404 7413, giving us at least 2 working days' notice.

If you take a meter reading when you move out, we can organise to send a final bill to a forwarding address and close your account. This will ensure that you are not charged for any electricity used after your moving date and we can refund your account if there is a credit.

Moving in
If we do not currently supply your new premises, but you’d like us to, just call our dedicated business team free on 0800 404 7413.

Once you confirm that you are happy to transfer your supply to EDF Energy, we’ll help take care of the rest.
