Take EDF Energy with you

Moving is already such a stressful and busy time, so we want to make it as easy and simple for you as we can. As EDF Energy operates nationwide, you could continue to enjoy our outstanding service wherever your business moves to.

If you have at least 5 months remaining on your existing contract we may be able to transfer it with you to your new premise. You'll need to discuss your meter type and location with one of our business advisers, who are available on 0800 404 7413.

Moving out
To ensure you won’t be charged any extra energy usage after you have moved out. Please contact our dedicated Business Moves team once you know your moving date.

Contact us by:

Please provide a final meter reading once you have moved out, or when your lease agreement ends.  We will then organise to send a final bill to a forwarding address and refund your account if there is credit once we close your account. Remember if your simply moving locations you may be able to take your contract with you.

Moving in
If we do not currently supply your new premises, but you’d like us to, just call our dedicated Business Moves team free on 0800 404 7413. We have a range of products available including New Start which is especially designed for business movers and start ups.

Once you confirm that you are happy to transfer your supply to EDF Energy, we’ll help take care of the rest.
