Once you know your moving date please call our dedicated Business Advisors free on 0800 404 7413†, giving us at least 2 working days' notice.
If you take a meter reading when you move out, we can organise to send a final bill to a forwarding address and close your account. This will ensure that you are not charged for any electricity used after your moving date.

Once you confirm that you are happy to transfer your supply to EDF Energy, we’ll help take care of the rest.
