We're a key renewable energy supplier in the UK. This is energy obtained from a renewable source, such as wind, solar, tidal, wave or biomass. ‘Combined heat and power’ is a process that uses heat created during the generating process as well as the electricity generated.

We're committed developing both our own assets and partnerships with other developers to meet our obligations on renewables, Fuel Mix Disclosure regulations and our customer demand for renewable energy.

Our renewable energy (including our Renewables Obligation Certificate (ROC) and Levy Exemption Certificate (LEC) requirements) comes from a combination of our own assets, short and long-term agreements with third parties, wholesale market purchases and participation in Non Fossil Fuel Purchasing Agency (NFPA) web-based auctions.
