The Hinkley Point C project has provided 1,000 face masks to the Devon and Somserset Fire and Rescue Service who were in need of help with the supply of personal protective equipment. This is just one of the steps we're taking to support the local community during the Coronavirus pandemic - you can read about some of the other initiatives.

Lee Howell, Chief Fire Officer, said: "I just wanted to place on record my sincere appreciation for the 1,000 face masks that Hinkley Point C have kindly donated to us. It was very kind and thoughtful and shows just how strong the relationship has become. Very many thanks for thinking of us – these will help us move forward rapidly with some of our work with other agencies and will help us keep our staff and communities safe."
