Moved into a home with a Pay As You Go meter?

Don't top up with the previous owner, or occupier's key or card. Before you top-up:

  1. Phone us on 0333 200 5110(1) to set up your account.
  2. Share your phone number with us, so that we can let you know when you can top up and send you handy low-balance alerts.
  3. Top up online through MyAccount or via the EDF app.
