What the competition involved...
We partnered with søster to give our customers the opportunity to win an amazing UK getaway.
During 2025 we held six prize draws to give our customers an exclusive chance to win a stay at one of five boutique properties across the UK. The prize also included £700 spending money.

FAQs
When will I find out if I’ve won?
The winners will be drawn on the following dates and we'll attempt to get in touch by the email address you given in the entry form, within seven working days of winner selection. Reasonable efforts will be made to get in touch with the provisional winners. Once eligibility's been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within seven days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Yes. You must have a live account with us when the winners are drawn. This offer is not available to our Business or Small Business customers. Check eligibility criteria
When will the competition run?
You can enter between 00:01 GMT on the 1 March 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 11 December 2025 inclusive before the relevant closing date to enter that prize draw and all subsequent prize draws.

How do I enter the competition?
To be entered into the prize draws visit www.promoentries.com/EDFstaycations and complete the online form with your details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your EDF customer number (starts with A- and is made up of 10 characters) - you can find your number in MyAccount
- Date of birth
You'll be entered into the earliest available prize draw and automatically entered into all subsequent prize draws during the promotion period.
How many times can I enter?
There's one entry per customer: once you’ve entered, you'll be entered into all future prize draws. Selected winners can only win once and will be removed from any subsequent draws. Any duplicate entries will be ignored and only one entered into the prize draw
When will my stay be?
You can choose one of five properties and have six months to use your stay. The prize will be arranged by email between the promoter and the winner.
Do I need to pay anything to claim the prize?
There are no costs to entering the competition. If you do win, you'll need a valid credit or debit card. This will be required at least one week prior to arrival of your stay and will be used to take a Cautionary Deposit which will be a maximum charge of £1,000 (final amount subject to chosen location and number of guests). The property will be assessed after your stay. If no excessive cleaning or loss or damage is discovered, you'll receive a full refund of the Cautionary Deposit within seven working days.
