Bank or building society

Your bank or building society may charge you for this service.
Allow 3 working days for payment to reach us.

PayPoint

You can pay your bill by cash or cheque wherever you see a PayPoint sign.
Use our PayPoint finder to locate your nearest outlet.
Please allow 2 working days for your payment to reach your account.

Post Office

Make your cheque payable to Post Office Ltd and write your EDF Energy account number on the back of it.
Please allow 3 working days for payment to reach your account.
Post Office Counters Ltd may charge you for this service.

Cheques by post

Make your cheque payable to EDF Energy Customers plc and send it to:
