Don't worry you'll still be able to view your bills and other messages online in MyAccount. If you're not registered, it's easy. You just need your account number, found on any EDF correspondence.

Are there easier ways to receive communication from us?

You can keep track of all your bills, messages and more in MyAccount and you’ll also be able to opt-out of receiving paper bills.

Simply head to MyAccount, ‘About Me’ and ‘Contact preferences.’ If you’re not registered it’s easy. You just need your account number – you can find this on your bill or any correspondence from EDF.
