Our way of saying thanks

We want to say thank you for helping others at this very difficult time. That's why we're offering employees who are currently supplied by us, who've taken in Ukrainian refugees a £50 bill credit!

How can I claim my £50 bill credit?

The £50 bill credit is per employee account, not for each fuel. Please read the full Terms and Conditions for this employee offer. All you need to do is follow these simple steps;

1. Fill out your account number, your name and email address as it appears on your EDF account

2. We'll then add the bill credit to your next bill if you pay by Direct Debit or cash/cheque. If you have a prepayment or Smart Pay As You Go meter we'll manually add your credit to your meter.

This must be as it appears on your EDF account

When does this credit get paid?
