How can I claim my £50 bill credit?

The £50 bill credit is per employee account, not for each fuel. Please read the full Terms and Conditions for this employee offer. All you need to do is follow these simple steps;

1. Fill out your account number, your name and email address as it appears on your EDF account

2. We'll then add the bill credit to your next bill if you pay by Direct Debit or cash/cheque. If you have a prepayment or Smart Pay As You Go meter we'll manually add your credit to your meter.

When does this credit get paid?

Once we've processed your application. You'll receive your £50 bill credit. How you get this will depend on how you pay.

I still haven't received my credit, how can I check when it's due?

We're sorry you haven't received your £50 credit. Please contact us by email at customerfulfillment@edfenergy.com and we can look into this for you.

UK Fuel Mix disclosure information, published by Government Department BEIS, recognises electricity from wind, solar and nuclear fuel produces zero carbon dioxide emissions at the point of generation.

The zero-carbon electricity purchased is supplied to the National Grid. Customers receive electricity via the National Grid, not directly from zero-carbon generators.
