It might take a little longer than usual before you see your reading(s) in your account. But don't worry, it will get there – you don't need to submit your reading(s) again. We'll get in touch if we need to check anything.

Will I get a bill?

You'll only get one if your next bill was due and we asked you for a reading.

If it wasn't time for your next bill, we'll add this meter reading to your records. This lets us know the exact amount of energy you've used since your last reading – and so we can charge it at the right price when it comes to your next bill.

What can I do if I've submitted the wrong reading?

We can fix this for you. Just get in touch and let us know you've given us the wrong reading.
