Introducing our new improved smartphone app

We’ve made some big improvements to the EDF Energy app, making it even simpler to stay in control of your energy wherever you are. We’ve given it a complete re-design and there are lots more helpful features. Managing your energy has never been easier.

New features include

  • Register your online business account
  • Log in using the same details as your online account - so there's no need to remember multiple passwords
  • Submit your meter readings - manually type in details or send us a photo of your meter and we’ll do the rest
  • Use our new torch option for compatible phones, to help you read meters  in the dark 
  • View detailed account information including your account balance, your Direct Debit amount and your current tariff details 
  • Check your current and previous bills, send them by email or print them - easily, safely, conveniently
  • Manage your Direct Debit by requesting an increase or decrease to your Direct Debit amount
  • Edit your contact details and manage your communication preferences
  • Live chat directly through the app

Sign up or log in to your online account 'MyAccount' where you can: 

  • Submit meter readings
  • View and download bills
  • Pay bills online (securely)
  • Sign up to paperless billing 
  • Change/Renew Tariff(s)
  • Add another fuel
  • Manage your account on the go
