Smart Charging Double December Offer Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the £10 Double December offer ("Offer") and the £5 monthly payment for customers who opt into and are eligible for EDF’s Smart Charging Bolt-On service. 

This Offer will be facilitated by EDF Energy Customers Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 02228297, whose registered address is at Nova North, 11 Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5BY. 

Eligibility 

The Offer is available exclusively to customers who:  

  • Are on an eligible EDF EV tariff, either Go Electric or Evolve.  

  • Opt-in to smart charging your EV as per the Smart Charging Bolt-On T&Cs.  

  • Own an eligible electric vehicle (“EV”) or EV charge point (“EV Charger”). 

Introductory Bonus 

Eligible customers who are actively opted into Smart Charging between 21st November and 19th December 2025 will receive a one-off £10 bonus.  

The £10 bonus will be credited to the customer’s EDF energy account or bill within 30 days of the offer closing, as long as the customer remains opted into the Smart Charging Bolt-On service and stays on an eligible EV tariff. 

The bonus is limited to one payment per eligible household. 

Monthly Bill Credit 

Eligible customers will receive the £10 Double December bonus as a credit to their energy bill. 

After receiving the bonus, the £5 monthly bill credit will continue as long as the customer remains opted into the Smart Charging Bolt-On service and stays on an eligible EV tariff.  

Duration of the Offer 

The £10 Double December bonus applies only to customers who are opted into Smart Charging and meet the eligibility criteria. This offer will run between 21 November and 19 December 2025.  

Cancellation 

Customers may opt out of the Smart Charging Bolt-On at any time. However, doing so will result in the loss of the £5 monthly bill credit, and the Double December offer.  

General Conditions 

EDF reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at its discretion without prior notice. 

This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. 

By participating in this Offer, customers agree to these T&Cs and to EDF’s general Terms and Conditions.
