Get your smart or AMR meter data

Customers with a smart or AMR meter can download their consumption data from Energy Hub. This data is available from when you received your new account number, starting with A.

If you can't download your data, please complete this form and we'll send you the data we've got for you. Depending on your chosen settings, we will provide you with all the readings we’ve collected from your meter over the past 12 months. If we have less than 12 months of data, we will start from the first day you joined EDF or the first day your meter sent us data, whichever is later.

For multiple business accounts, please complete a separate form for each account.

Important info for Third Party Intermediaries

Before proceeding with the request, please ensure that the relevant Letter of Authority (LOA) has been provided to EDF so we can fulfil the data request. If you don’t have consent, we can’t share the data. Thanks for your patience while we check this.

Do we have a letter of authority from your client giving us permission to release their data to you?

Please email us a letter of authority

Before we can release your client's data, we need a letter of authority signed and dated with the past 12 months. The letter must contain:

  • Your client's company name; and energy account number or MPAN
  • A statement that says 'this is a letter of authority'; and that your client is giving us authorisation to send their smart meter or AMR data to you
  • Your client's manual signature, printed name and position
It'll take us five working days to process the letter of authority – you can then ask us for your client's meter data.
