What happens if my query requires specialist/process expert involvement?

We will raise your query with a specialist and reply to you as soon as we can. We meet with the specialists once a week. With this in mind please manage your customers' expectations accordingly.

Please complete the form below and submit it. Once you have completed the form, confirmed you have used all other support tools available and clicked Submit, the form will be sent to our mailbox. We'll then reply to you as soon as possible.

Please follow the BAU process for booking a Smart Meter installation for the customer. Once their meter is installed they will be able to complete themselves a quote for our GoElectric EV Tariffs here https://myquote.edfenergy.com/myquote-login. Please contact the customer to arrange for the installation of their Smart Meter
