FAQs about EDF's Simply Business member offer
How will I get the reward and how long will it take?
The reward of the £150 Amazon Voucher will be sent to the nominated email address that is given to us on the account. The voucher will be sent to the email address once the supply meter(s) have been properly registered on our systems and has gone live on supply – we will endeavour to do this within 60 days of the supply going live.
How to know if I am eligible for the reward?
In order to be eligible to receive the reward, you must:
- Fully comply with the terms and conditions
- Be over the age of 18
- Reside in Great Britain and not already be a customer with EDF
- This offer is available to new Small Business customers only. A new customer is defined as EDF not being the current energy supplier of the business property for either Electric or Gas.
- Have a non-half hourly business meter
- Pay for your supply account via Direct Debit
- Be the named account holder of the account the offer is to be awarded to
- Not have received or redeemed any other offer linked to this Offer or Tariff within the previous 12 months from the start date of the Tariff
- This can’t be used with any other promotional voucher
- You will need to sign up through either our online sales journey or call our telesales team at 03331886725 and quote the code ‘Simply Business 150’ to be eligible for the reward
What do I need to do to get the reward?
To get this reward, you will need to access the sign-up journey by clicking the promotional tile shown on the Simply Business website.
You will then be able to continue the sign up on EDF’s website, where you will need your cookies enabled, or by going through to the EDF telesales department on 0333 188 6725 and quoting the code on the Simply Business website.
You will need to sign up to either EDFs ‘Fixed Online 1 Year’, ‘Fixed Online 2 Year’ or ‘Fixed Online 3 Year’ tariff between the 29th September 2025 and the 29th January 2026.
