Small Business energy tariff eligibility criteria and key features

Things you need to know about your tariff:

  • This is a variable tariff, your rates may go up or down.
  • By paying by direct debit you’ll receive a discount.
  • There are no exit fees.

To be eligible for Freedom Advance you will need:

  • To pay by Direct Debit.
  • To have a half-hourly (HH) or AMR meter.
  • To have metering and settlements services provided by EDF, if this is not already the case.

Things you need to know about your tariff:

  • This is a variable tariff, your rates may go up or down.
  • There are no exit fees.

To be eligible for this tariff you will need to have:

  • By paying by direct debit you’ll receive a discount.
  • Agreed to have a smart meter installed if you don't have one already.

Other things you may need to know:

  • This is fixed tariff, both the period and prices are fixed.
  • The tariff starts from the date you agree the tariff
  • By paying by direct debit you’ll receive a discount.
  • Exit fees apply.
  • At the end of the tariff you’ll be automatically put onto Freedom for Business.

To be eligible for Fixed Advanced you will need:

  • To pay by Direct Debit.
  • To have a half-hourly (HH) or AMR meter.
  • To have metering and settlements services provided by EDF, if this is not already the case.

Other things you may need to know:

  • This is a fixed tariff, both the period and prices are fixed.
  • The fixed term starts from the date we start supplying your premises.
  • Exit fees may apply.
  • At the end of the fixed term you'll be automatically transferred to our Freedom Advanced tariff.
