I’ve chosen paperless billing. How will I get my bills and correspondence from you?
Bills and statements
You can check your bills by clicking on ‘My Bills/Statements’ within MyAccount.

If we need to contact you we’ll email you to let you know we have a message for you about your account. The email will contain a link which will take you to MyAccount to log in (if you haven’t used it before you can register).
You’ll need to go to ‘Account Activity’ to see any correspondence we’ve sent you.
