How do ‘Cash Cheque Monthly’ bills work?

- Payment is due within 14 days from when your bill is sent to you
- The amount you pay is based on meter readings you provide, or an estimation if no reading is given
Why pay 'Cash Cheque Monthly'?
Cash Cheque Monthly means you'll get a bill every month. You can pay your bill with cash, cheque, standing order, credit or debit card or online in MyAccount.
Your costs are likely to go up or down, depending on the time of year and the energy you've used.
How do you work out my monthly payments?
If we get a meter reading, you'll receive an accurate bill. If we don't, you'll receive an estimated bill based on your past meter readings, the type of property you live in or the number of people at home.
Do I need to submit a meter reading when I pay monthly?
Yes, but only if we send you a meter reading reminder. If you've received an estimated bill but would like it based on your actual usage, just provide a meter reading by logging into MyAccount or submitting it here: submit a meter reading.
