How do I tell you I'm moving out when I have a prepayment meter?
Go to 'Move Home' in MyAccount to tell us you're moving out. It's super easy – and you can choose a new energy plan for you new home at the same time.
If we supply you with electricity and gas, you need to tell us you're moving out for each fuel separately.

Pease get in touch if you see there's debt on your meter when you first move into your new home.
It's a good idea to be near your meter, as we might have to ask you a few questions.
