Did you know you don't need a top-up card with smart PAYG? You can top up without a top up card in the following ways:
- Download the app

then go to Make A Payment - Go to Make A Payment in MyAccount
- Call our automated phone line on 0333 009 7111 at any time of day or night
- Go to your local PayPoint retailer; all you need is your top up ID (this is on your top-up card)
Still need a new card?
You can order a new card online:
- Go to 'My payments' in MyAccount and click 'Order a new top up card'
- Choose whether you need a new card for electricity or gas
- Once you've confirmed your order, you'll be given the option to print off a new card too
