I'm having trouble with...

I've lost or damaged my smart Pay As You Go top up card – how do I get a new one?

Did you know you don't need a top-up card with smart PAYG? You can top up without a top up card in the following ways:

  • Download the app Download on the App StoreGet it on Google Play then go to Make A Payment 
  • Go to Make A Payment in MyAccount
  • Call our automated phone line on 0333 009 7111(1) at any time of day or night
  • Go to your local PayPoint retailer; all you need is your top up ID (this is on your top-up card)

Still need a new card?

You can order a new card online:

  1. Go to 'My payments' in MyAccount and click 'Order a new top up card'
  2. Choose whether you need a new card for electricity or gas
  3. Once you've confirmed your order, you'll be given the option to print off a new card too
