I'm due a refund – has it been paid?
We can give you the answer for your type of account, once we know what your account number starts with. You can find your account number in MyAccount, and on your EDF bills, emails and letters.
My account number starts with '67'
You can check if your refund has been paid in a couple of ways:
Check your bill
The first page of your bill will say if you've had a refund (or will tell you when your refund will be paid).
Check MyAccount
- Go My bills and payments in MyAccount
- Scroll to 'Past activity'
- Look for 'Refund'
My account number starts with 'A'
