On October 17, the new Chancellor confirmed their Energy Price Guarantee will now be in place until April 2023 and will be reviewing support beyond April 2023.

If you are able to access our system and it is not accepting your meter reading it is because it is much larger or smaller than we would expect. It is best to double check the meter readings that you are entering are correct, then try submitting them again.

If checking and resubmitting your meter readings doesn’t work, contact us and we'll sort it out for you.
