Will I need to pay an exit fee if I cancel my Energy+BoilerCare tariff?

No. We won’t charge exit fees if you move to another one of our tariffs or change supplier. However, you’ll still be signed up to the BoilerCare policy if you’ve chosen this. In order to also cancel your BoilerCare policy please get in touch with Intana on 01444 442 667.

If you change supplier, change tariff or take any other actions which mean you cease to be eligible to be covered under this policy, we may cancel the BoilerCare insurance policy during this period.

If you wish, you may also cancel the insurance policy at any time. Cancellation of your insurance policy will not affect your energy tariff and no refunds will be made.
