Why haven’t I had my final bill from EDF?

If you’ve moved house

Please make sure you’ve let us know, and sent us your final meter readings and new address. You can do this by filling out this form online, or by using the Chat button on the right. We can then send you a final bill.

If you’ve switched to a new supplier

Make sure you’ve sent your new supplier your meter readings. They’ll pass them onto us so we can check them and send you your final bill. Please note, it can take up to 6 weeks to complete a switch.
