Why hasn't my Direct Debit amount changed after making a card payment?
Making an ad-hoc card payment won't change your Direct Debit amount straight away.
To make things easy for you, we aim to keep changes to your monthly payment amounts to a minimum. That's why we generally only change your payment amount when we review your Direct Debit.
We review your Direct Debit just before the end of your billing year. We also review it half-way through the billing year, if you send us a meter reading when we request it.
