Why has my auto top-up payment failed?

Here are some of the most common reasons why auto top-up payments might fail:

- Payment was declined

- The auto top-up needs to be reactivated

The stored payment card has expired

If your auto top-up fails and your payment card hasn’t expired, please try to reactivate this feature by removing and re-adding your chosen payment card. You can manage your auto top-up by going to the 'PAYG' screen in the tab bar below.
