Where do I find my top-up ID?

  • You'll find your top up ID on your top up card, as well as on the email or letter we sent to confirm your smart PAYG meter installation appointment.
  • You need your top up ID when you're topping up at a PayPoint retailer.
  • You don't need your top up ID when you top up online – just log in to MyAccount, go to 'My payments' and select 'Make a payment'.
