Where can I submit my meter reading?

You can submit your meter readings:

  • In MyAccount - you'll need your postcode and EDF Energy account number to register
  • On the EDF app - it's available for iOS and Android devices
  • on our automated phone line - call 0333 200 5108 (1)

If you haven't registered for MyAccount you can submit a meter reading here.

Remember: only read your meter if it's safe and practical to do so. Talk to one of our customer service advisors using the Chat button on the right if you think it's unsafe.
