When I send you my Feed-in Tariff readings, I get a message that talks about ‘seasonal variances’. What does this mean?

If you’ve given us a reading that’s more than half what we expect in a year, you’ll see this message. It’s just to double check that the reading you’ve given us is correct. Please check you’ve given us the reading as it appears on your meter, and haven’t included any numbers after the decimal point. If you’re sure the reading is correct, add a comment in the box to tell us that.
