What happens if I cancel my Direct Debit for Energy+BoilerCare?

Paying by Direct Debit is one of the conditions of this tariff and it's one of the reasons you get such a good deal. If you cancel your Direct Debit with us, we'll move you onto the cash cheque equivalent of this tariff however this may have price implications. We'll send you the prices before we do this and you can find these by viewing the relevant tariff information label.

This doesn’t cancel any Direct Debit arrangement in place for the BoilerCare cover which is handled by our insurance provider, Intana. You’ll need to get in touch with Intana on 01444 442 667 for any queries about your Direct Debit with them
