What happens if the benefits I'm on get revoked before the ECO installation?

We can only install energy saving improvements if you're eligible at that time. Our specialist team can guide you through the criteria to check you're eligible and will confirm which energy saving measures offered through ECO you could have.

Once we confirm you're eligible, a qualified energy advisor from one of our certified installers will visit your home to carry out a detailed assessment, at this point you could be asked for proof of eligibility.
