Do you have a smart Pay As You Go meter?

Here are the answers to a few common questions:

Worried about losing your energy supply if you run out of credit?
 

We don't want you to worry about running out of credit in the middle of the night – or at any time on weekends or a bank holiday. That's why your smart PAYG meter will never get cut off if your balance drops to £0 during 'friendly non-disconnection' hours:

  • Monday-Saturday 6pm-11am
  • Anytime on weekends and Bank Holidays, until 11am the next working day

 

Please note: Any energy you've used during 'friendly-non-disconnection' hours will be added to your prepayment meter as 'debt'. We automatically take a payment for this debt when you next top up.
